Why Do I Feel Inadequate?

I talk a lot about shame in my abandonment workshops because shame is something universal. We all have a vein of shame that runs deep within the self, and anything that comes along that causes us to feel dismissed or

overlooked can trigger that feeling. It can send little tiny darts into that vein and nick the vein and it oozes a kind of subliminal feeling of not being enough–of somehow not being up to par.
